1. How do I place an order?
  • Please note that we are a wholesale business and cannot cater to individual purchases.
  • We may request business verification to confirm for retail purposes and reserve the right to cancel your order if these requirements are not met.

2. What payment methods are accepted?
  • We accept Canadian Visa/Mastercard with a surcharge of non-taxable 2% on the total order amount. 
  • Aside from credit cards, we accept Email Money Transfer, Interac Debit, and Cash. Email Money Transfer can be sent to store@knkcaps.com with your order number in the ‘Note/Comment’ section of your Email Money Transfer

3. What is the typical lead time after an order is placed?
  • Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. If you need your order ship out within the same day of your order, please contact us by email or phone.
  • Our daily cutoff time is 1PM ET each business day. All orders submitted past this cutoff time will be shipped out the following business day.
4. Where do you ship out & how long will it take to get my order?
  • Our warehouse ships out from Toronto & transit times will vary per your location.

5. What if I do not have a GST/HST number?
  • A GST/HST number is essential for registering with us, as we are a wholesale store selling products to qualified retail businesses.
  • We may use information provided to validate your business at anytime.
6. Why should I register an account?
  • Only a registered customer will have the benefit of being able to view prices and purchase products on our website.
  • Only a registered customer as a qualified retailers will be able to use any promotional discount codes

7. Can I shop without an account as a guest?
  • As a guest, you may browse the site and products but the pricing is not visible and there is no access to the cart and associated features
  • Only businesses that are approved and authorized can log in and make purchases from our online wholesale store. Please register your business with us here.
8. What are the types of business to be considered qualified retails with K&K Cap and Hat Wholesale?
  • Headwear & Clothing
  • Embroidery & Printing
  • Event & Promotions
  • Gift Shops
  • Convenience Store / Gas Station
  • For other business types, please submit your details during account registration here. We will  your information and respond with our decision.

9. What is your return policy?
Exchanges or Credit/Refunds will only be issued under two conditions
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product received
We accept returns up to 15 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization #.

10. Do you offer free shipping?
  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

11. Do you have any discounts or promotional codes?
  • Yes, we have promotional discount codes from time to time.
  • You will be notified of any special deals, seasonal sales, and clearance sales via email, so be sure to sign up for our newsletters.
  • Please note that only registered account users can receive and use these discount codes & cannot be combined with other discounts.

12. Do you offer any additional services such as custom hat embroidering or printing?
  • We offer embroidery services with the following conditions
  • The final design logo file in high-resolution .jpg or .png format is required by the customer.
  • The lead time for custom embroidery caps is approximately 4 months after the order is confirmed.
  • A minimum of 288 pieces per design is required for each order.
  • For low-volume custom orders with embroidery and/or printing, we do have embroidery partners that we can recommend based on your needs
