Refund policy

1. We will issue exchanges or credits/refunds only under the following conditions;

• • Defective merchandise
  • Incorrect product received
    

2. Returns accepted within 15 days from the date the package is received.

3. No returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #.

4. To submit a return request, please send an email to store@knkcaps.com using the email registered with your account and provide us with the following details:

• Company Name
• Sales Order Number
• SKU & Quantity
• Reason for Return
• Picture of Items

5. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the RETURN AUTHORIZATION # with additional instruction on the next steps.
